Method:

I like books! I enjoy contact with people so I use a combination of books and my own handouts developed over twenty-three years of teaching.

My curriculum includes books by HEADWAY, the Cambridge IN USE series and much more. The Headway series includes Listening, speaking, reading and writing.

You like to learn by talking? I include plenty of discussion in my lessons. Conversations revolve around current events, history or whatever interests you!

Hi! I’m Joyce

an American/Swiss who teaches both British and American English! The dynamic duo!   I started teaching in 1997 and have developed my skills and knowledge of this beautiful language over the years. In 2000 I launched out and opened New Horizons école d’anglais where I have had the privilege of training people from all walks of life.
